About

Steamroller exists to breathe life into stories, characters, and experiences in visual, physical, and virtual spaces. Each project that comes our way, be it a game, a film, or a theme park ride, exists in its own universe. It is our job to bring this multiverse to life. Our animators build believable characters and whole worlds in a multitude of universes, while our developers manipulate the rules of perception to transport you to a new definition of reality. We relish the opportunity to bring our clients’ universes to life while also developing our own stories.

RELATED WORK

Dissonance: This is a narrative puzzle game with Lovecraftian elements. The game was made in Unreal Engine 4.13/4.14 using the HTC vive. A recruiter approached the team to publish this game. The major contributions I made was making the Puzzle API, fixing crashes, and fixing puzzles not being initialized. The game was made by a 10 person team project in my senior year. I joined the team in the spring semester, and I was brought onto the team as a tools programmer.
Darkest Night: This game is a top down survival game made for PC. This game is published on itch.io. It was made using Unreal Engine 4.13. This was a solo project that was made in one semester for Console Programming in my spring semester of senior year.
Robotley Crue: This game is an on rail shooter with rhythm elements. It was made in Unity and we used the Kinect Sensor, but then we converted it to use the wii sensor. The major contributions I made were enemy AI, adding music/sound effects, and converting the code to use Wii controllers. This game was made in 5 weeks by a 4 person team during my senior capstone. I was one of the two programmers on this team.
Encryption Algorithm:  It encrypts/decrypts based on pseudo random numbers. It can encrypt/decrypt through the console window or from a  file. It was made in Visual Studio using C++. This was a solo project that was made during the summer of my junior year.
Glitched!:  This 2.5D platformer game was made in Unity using C#. The project was made by a 5 person team in Production 2, in the spring semester of my junior year. I was the only programmer for this project.
